Goals
Have a sales sheet that "builds itself" as orders come in.
Let a system handle the "FAQ" so she only joins the chat for high-value sales.
A seamless flow from "I want this" to "Order Dispatched."
Pain Points
Answering the same 5 questions 50 times a day.
Forgetting to record a sale because the chat moved too fast, leading to inventory errors.
Wants to launch a new collection but literally doesn't have the "admin bandwidth" to handle more orders
